I feel as an adult I've been quite fortunate with my skin. I rarely get breakouts and if I do, it tends to be related either to my time of the month or stress. This makes it easy for me to manage as I can pinpoint when I am going to get a breakout and try my best to preemptively strike. This was a different story when I was younger when I had painful cystic acne all over my face and on my chest. I very rarely use actual products used to target acne but when Wishtrend gave me the chance to try their By Wishtrend TECA 1% Barrier Cream I jumped at the opportunity to try something that may be effective in keeping my breakouts at bay.
Mask Monday is officially back for 2018! I took a bit of a break due to well...me kinda slacking when it comes to my skincare and just not finding the ~me time~ I so desperately need. I'm hoping to do this as regularly as I can but I can't promise it will be an occurrence every single week (that can maybe be a goal for next year?). Today I have one of the mask's I received in my Be Mine box from Mask Time. The box featured a selection of pink coloured sheet masks and out of a random pick, I decided to first try out the It's Skin Color Solution Pink Mud Sheet Mask. Rather intruiged by how a mask combining a sheet with clay was going to work out, I went ahead and tested it out. Let's see how I got on with it.
With Valentine's Day around the corner you may be gearing up for a planned out day with your partner or close friends, or you may not want to partake in the events at all and would prefer to spend some quality time with yourself. Either way, you might want to set yourself up for a little bit of pampering and sheet masks are a quick way to add some TLC into your skincare routine.
